SITE ACCESS & SET-UP
A staggered arrival system is in place due to the scale of the event. Arrival times will be issued in advance and must be adhered to. Vehicle access to trading pitches is normally permitted for load-in and load-out, however access may be restricted at certain times due to crowd management and production activity. Where restrictions apply, alternative loading arrangements will be communicated in advance. All traders must be fully set up before public opening.

PITCH & INFRASTRUCTURE
Standard pitch size is 3m x 3m unless otherwise specified. Shelter is provided as part of the pitch, either via gazebos or equivalent event infrastructure. Food trucks are allocated designated spaces. Traders must bring their own tables. Limited table hire is available at an additional cost and must be pre-booked. Pitch space is strictly limited to the booked allocation.

POWER
Power is available on site and is charged in addition to the pitch fee. Trader generators are not permitted anywhere on site. All powered traders must connect to the on-site power supply and must provide a minimum of 20m extension cable suitable for their booked connection.

PARKING
Free trader parking is available on site. Due to the scale of the event, parking locations may differ from trading positions. Vehicles must be removed from trading areas before public opening unless otherwise instructed.

WEATHER & CONTINGENCY
This is an outdoor festival. An adverse weather policy is in place and alternative setups may be implemented where required to allow the event to proceed safely. All operational decisions relating to weather are final and made in the interest of safety.

TRADING REQUIREMENTS
All traders must hold valid public liability insurance. Food traders must hold valid food hygiene certification and be registered with their local council. Traders are required to trade for the full event duration. Early pack-down is not permitted without prior approval.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
This event is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, or non-attendance. Traders unable to attend for any reason will forfeit all fees paid.

OPERATIONAL NOTES
This is a large-scale, high-footfall market. Traders should be fully staffed and adequately stocked to meet peak demand. Presentation, service speed, and reliability are critical. Trader categories are curated to ensure balance, and failure to comply with operational requirements may impact future bookings.
