SITE ACCESS & SET-UP
A staggered arrival system will be in place due to the scale of the event and site constraints. Arrival times will be issued in advance and must be adhered to. Vehicle access for load-in and load-out will be managed and may be restricted due to crowd management and the historic nature of the site. Where restrictions apply, alternative loading arrangements will be communicated in advance. All traders must be fully set up before public opening.

Standard pitch size is 3m x 3m unless otherwise specified. Shelter hire is booked in addition to pitch fee. Food trucks will be allocated designated spaces where applicable. Traders must operate strictly within their booked pitch allocation.
POWER
Power availability and booking requirements will be confirmed in advance. Where power is provided, it will be charged in addition to the pitch fee. Trader generators are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance. Traders must provide appropriate extension cabling suitable for their booked connection.
PARKING
Trader parking arrangements will be communicated in advance. Due to the location within Enniskillen Castle grounds, parking may not be adjacent to trading pitches. Vehicles must be removed from trading areas before public opening unless otherwise instructed.
WEATHER & CONTINGENCY
This is an outdoor market event. An adverse weather policy is in place and alternative operational arrangements may be implemented where required to allow the event to proceed safely. All decisions relating to weather and site safety are final.
TRADING REQUIREMENTS
All traders must hold valid public liability insurance. Food traders must hold valid food hygiene certification and be registered with their local council. Traders are required to trade for the full event duration. Early pack-down is not permitted without prior approval.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
This event is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, or non-attendance. Traders unable to attend for any reason will forfeit all fees paid.
OPERATIONAL NOTES
This is a high-footfall seasonal market within a landmark heritage location. Traders should be adequately staffed and stocked to meet peak demand. Presentation, service speed, and professionalism are particularly important in this setting. Trader categories are curated to ensure balance, and failure to comply with operational requirements may impact future bookings.
